About Me, Hayley Panton

My name is Hayley and I am an experienced Intuitive  Integrative Counsellor. I offer both short term and long term work to individuals.

My aim is to enable individuals to grow within themselves in a safe, accepting environment, allowing each person to explore their difficulties.

Counselling helps individuals to explore their feelings and emotions, whether it is from the past or in the present day. As an Integrative Counsellor, I work in both the past and the present.

The help that I offer ranges from short-term counselling, focused on a specific problem such as a major life change or bereavement, to open-ended therapy which is a deeper personal exploration. My aim is to work with people to understand their anxieties so that they can come to know themselves better and learn to accept themselves, and to find their own meanings and ways through their questions and difficulties.

.I have several years experience working with client's who prefer the Mindfulness approach who want to work through their challenges in this way and live more in the present.

Over the years working with Clients I have come to realise Its not the Trauma or Life event/situation that is the real problem because we tend to handle this in the moments, its what we make up about ourselves after that can be the real issue. This can become part of our identity and we tend to feel lost, trapped, powerless, weak etc. Counselling can help individuals  understand these beliefs to be able to then let go off the ones that have not been working for them and allow their true identity to be present.

Counselling sessions will be confidential and focused on individual needs.

I offer a wide range of support, from face-to-face counselling, whether it's online or in a safe, warm environment and over the phone support. I am available to do home visits for your own convenience. For more information, please click here

All of my services adhere to the strict confidentiality clauses in my contract.
