About Me, Hayley Panton
My name is Hayley and I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor. I offer both short term and long term work to individuals.
My aim is to enable individuals to grow within themselves in a safe, accepting environment, allowing each person to explore their difficulties.
Counselling helps individuals to explore their feelings and emotions, whether it is from the past or in the present day. As an Integrative Counsellor, I work in both the past and the present.
The help that I offer ranges from short-term counselling, focused on a specific problem such as a major life change or bereavement, to open-ended therapy which is a deeper personal exploration. My aim is to work with people to understand their anxieties so that they can come to know themselves better and learn to accept themselves, and to find their own meanings and ways through their questions and difficulties.
Counselling sessions will be confidential and focused on individual needs.
I offer a wide range of support, from face-to-face counselling, whether it's online or in a safe, warm environment and over the phone support. I am available to do home visits for your own convenience. For more information, please click here.
All of my services adhere to the strict confidentiality clauses in my contract.
